The works comprised of the refurbishment of 96 No. properties for York City Council. Working very closely with the Client & Architect to deliver a strcit Specification & challenging programme of works. Our scope of works included the stripping off the existing roof and roofline, strengthening the existing timber structure with Resin Anchor bolts, fixing additional timber supports to the spars, renewal of fascia, soffit and gutters and the sensitive removal of Asbestos. The new roof covering consisted of the Sandtoft Olympus Clay interlocking tile, Koratech underlay & all associated clay accessories, fixed to specification in order to achieve 15 Year Design Liability Guarantee.
