This is a new housing scheme in which we have been appointed by the principal contractor Lovell Construction Ltd to carry out concrete tile roofing and associated Leadworks.

The site is on the grounds of the old Terry’s of York chocolate factory and will provide some 103 no new dwellings on this particular phase.
