As part of our long-standing successful partnership with Kirklees Council, we were appointed as principal contractor to carry out complete reroofing, leadwork and associated building works as part of their refurbishment of this listed building.

Works involved reroofing works using Yorkshire stone slates, the incorporation of additional insulation, leadworks, replacement of rainwater goods, rendering works along with repointing and reflaunching works to the stone chimney stacks.
