Acting as principal contractor appointed by Bradford Metropolitan Council we carried out some 2500m² of reroofing works using reclaimed Burlington slate, along with areas of flat roofing works.

Due to the size and complexity of the job, works were carried out both during school holiday and term time.

We worked closely with both the school and the local authority to carefully phase and coordinate works as not to impact the day to day running of the school.

In spite of often challenging weather conditions and intricate detail works we were able to achieve our goals in delivering the project to the satisfaction of all parties.
