Having carried out works on more than ten of their buildings, the Church are a much valued and very important repeat client for Jennings Roofing Ltd. Works on this particular scheme included reroofing to the main pitched roof using a Metrotile metal tile system, which replaced the main roof to the stake centre. Over the years the roof had been built up by layers of additional roofs which had been overlaid several times prior to our works.

Our works entailed the complete removal of the existing coverings down to the existing structure, which was then reroofed with the incorporation of additional insulation. Works also involved the replacement of the defective Rainwater Goods and rotten timber Fascia’s and barge boards using polyester powder coated aluminium products.

The flat roof areas were reroofed and insulated using an Icopal torch applied insulated system carrying a 25 year guarantee.

The church was able to be open and fully functional throughout the works.
