Jennings Roofing Ltd were appointed as principal contractor by Together Housing Association to execute a flat to pitched roof conversion on their block of flats at Brighouse.

Works comprised of the design and erection of a new steel frame pitched construction, insulation works, incorporation of fire curtains, new Britmet tiled coverings, new fascias, soffits and Rainwater goods along with the erection of independent access scaffolding to facilitate safe execution of the works. 

Throughout the works we closely liaised with the housing association and building control to ensure full compliance with all requirements and total satisfaction of all concerned.

The flats remained fully in use throughout the contract and works executed to ensure the minimum disturbance to all residents.
